Directions for improving the efficiency of a company's fixed production assets utilization

This article discusses the possibilities of efficient use of fixed assets in enterprises. The experience of VP RTT LLC was analyzed, key factors of efficiency deterioration were identified and ways to eliminate them were proposed. The reasons for the lack of productivity of fixed assets were considered, including accelerated depreciation of equipment, lack of investment in modernization and poor quality of maintenance of the existing material and technical base. Ways to solve the identified problems were proposed, the main of which is modernization and technical re-equipment. An assessment of the impact of the project "Acquisition and installation of a continuous vulcanization line" on the efficiency indicators of the use of fixed assets of the enterprise was carried out.
