The material of the work is based on the results of the analysis of humeral lengthening in 47 patients with achondroplasia using the traditional bilocal variant of osteosynthesis. and its modification. The condition of the deltoid muscle has been studied in patients by the techniques of contrast roentgenography and computer tomography, the data of long-term functional results of treatment are also given in the work.
