Termination of the transaction in bankruptcy proceedings. Short review

This paper discusses the procedure of termination of the transactions in the bankruptcy process. The author discusses the legal basis for termination of the transaction, explains in detail how and when creditors can use this right to protect their interests in the context of bankruptcy. The conclusions of the work summarize the key aspects of termination of transactions in the bankruptcy process and emphasize the importance of legal justification when using this procedure to protect creditors and ensure fairness in the bankruptcy process.
