Division of jointly acquired property of persons lost the status of spouses

Article is devoted to feature of the applied right in case of implementation of competence according to the order by the general property of spouses after the termination of the marriage relations. The attention to regulations and the theory of family and civil law, regarding the concerning joint property of spouses is paid. The analysis of the existing law-enforcement practice is carried out, the main approaches of application of the legislation by vessels at resolution of disputes about the section of joint property between the former spouses are defined.
