Multilevel resources of innovative leadership: factor-analytical researches

Based on an analysis of research management innovation leadership discussed the problem of establishing correspondence between its various resources and theoretically marked intra- and interindividual levels. The results of the factor-analytical study of the data of psychological diagnosis of leadership, creativity, motivation and team-role resource of innovation leadership of managers. The sample totaled 375 managers of various enterprises of Ural region. It analyzed the specifics of the factor structure of innovative leadership in the management group of companies with different levels of innovation.
