The development of an algorithm for counseling students with disabilities on electronic platforms

The article describes the main competencies of the training staff in consulting and providing feedback for people with disabilities. The methods developed to implement all the conditions for providing feedback and the process of counseling in an electronic environment using information technology (metrics, web technologies, databases, etc.) are described. In addition to the competencies that were allocated for advising students with disabilities in the traditional form of mastering educational programs, competencies for consulting and working in an electronic environment are presented and characterized. It is emphasized that its capabilities better correlate with the needs of inclusive education, making the learning process more responsive and adapted to people with disabilities than its traditional format. Conclsion dwells upon the fact that educational online platforms have three advantages in this regard: make the learning process as accessible as possible due to the lack of the need for physical presence, provide opportunities to choose an individual learning plan, allows to work with adapted educational material.
