In the context of rapid changes faced by modern society, the issue of personal maturity determines the human quality of life, their ability for self-realization, and constructive interaction with others. This article presents the results of the development and psychometric validation of the “Systemic Ontology Maturity Profile” (SOMP) questionnaire. This tool is based on the author’s systemic ontology model of maturity, which conceptualizes personal maturity as a systemic quality emerging from the coordinated interaction of five functional subsystems across four ontological levels of being. The questionnaire includes five functional scales, two systemic ontology scales, and one control scale. The psychometric evaluation, conducted on a student sample (N = 150), included the assessment of internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha), test-retest reliability, and construct validity using measures assessing existential fulfillment, subjectivity, personality hardiness, and social desirability. The results confirm the high reliability and validity of the author’s systemic ontology model of maturity as a tool for the comprehensive assessment of personal maturity.
