Development of interactive courses in the system of additional professional education

The process of including the teacher in the modern forms of communication and activity in the additional professional education is analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis, pedagogical refleсtion and interpretation the additional professional education is considered as the integral, strategic and intellectual resource of continuous education. The advantages of development and realization of interactive courses are substantiated. There are presented and described the stages of development of interactive courses of further training at the example of the practical realization of the interactive course “My first online course in Moodle”.
