Optimum composition and technology of the combined herbal preparation are developed for treatment the ecologically caused diseases of the upper respiratory ways. The demand in the pharmaceutical market of Samara oblast of such medicinal form, as a phytogenesis spray for application in otorhinolaryngology is proved. The developed medical product possesses prolonged antiifflamatory, wound repairing, antimicrobic action at absence of toxic influence on an organism.
