В статье предлагается описание комплексного решения количественной оценки прогнозируемых осложнений при хирургическом лечении пациентов с облитерирющеим атеросклерозом сосудов нижних конечностей (ОАСНК). Предлагаемый комплекс программ включает шкалы оценки риска кардиальных, пульмонологических, нефрологических, неврологических и инфекционных осложнений, а так же периоперационной смертности при хирургическом лечении ОАНСК. Прогностические модели с изученной точностью собраны в одном приложении, удобном для использования в клинической практике.
