Development the technology of treatment- -and-prophylactic feeding (hydrogel) on the basis of glucosamine sulphate

The purpose of the given work is the development of pellets technology for treatment-and-prophylactic feeding, containing glucosamine sulphate in combination to an dry extract of willow cortex (roots of burdock or leaves of birch) and designed for treatment of osteoaethrosis. The structure and quantity of auxiliary materials for reception of pellets, designed for treatment-and-prophylactic feeding with gluco-samine sulphate are theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed: oat flour, pectin, starch, xanthan gum, citric acid, sugar replacers «Aspasvit» and steviozid. As a result of the lead researches as a mois-tener it was chosen the trilon solution and sodium metabisulphite in cleared water. Experimental re-searches on development of optimum technology of pellets are lead, the mode of pellets drying is chosen.
