Development of technologies for implementing a cash flow management subprocess in economic systems

The study and development of any management process within the framework of economic systems of the «organization» type in order to improve its activities is an urgent topic. The formation of the regulatory state of the cash flow management subprocess makes it possible to technologize its main structural elements - functional management tasks that require increased attention to the formation and promotion of transformations in the operational activities of organizations. A technology has been developed to solve the basic task of the «organization» function at the level of procedures for obtaining specified results in a social and economic environment. The composition and content of decision-making methods are defined to support the technologization of the selected management subprocess to improve the quality and efficiency of process management within the selected organization.
