The development of the value and motivation system of primary school students by means of reflexive referential technologies

The paper raises the issue of the psychological and educational research and the development of the personality motivational and value sphere in the digital era. A pilot study of the value and motivational preferences of primary school students is conducted on the basis of Wizard Desires technique (L.I. Bozhovich, 1968) and its modern modifications such as Wish List and Magic Box. Its findings demonstrate the predominance of ego-focus, alienated relations and consumer preferences. The study describes the results of watching and creative discussion of the media sample which is staged by reflexive-referential technologies. A comparative analysis of the diagnostic results of the value and motivational preferences obtained before and after the developing scenario demonstrates a positive trend in changes in almost all indicators of these diagnostic tools.
