The author examines the mechanisms and patterns of influence of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the content and development of the legal doctrine of public authority and comes to the conclusion that through legal positions the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation establishes the boundaries and limits of public authority, protects the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, ensures the rule of law and constitutional order. The role of the Constitutional Court in the interpretation of constitutional principles, the formation of new legal terminology and concepts within the framework of the legal doctrine of public authority is studied. The study confirms the hypothesis about the significant influence of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the formation and development of the doctrine of public authority in Russia: the legal positions of the Court serve as a guide for law enforcement officers and legal scholars, ensure the continuity of legal thought and contribute to the implementation of the principle of the rule of law.
