Автором проанализированы подходы к регулированию криптовалютного рынка в ряде стран мира. Представлена комплексная картина развития такого регулирования в динамике, выделены хронологические периоды исторического развития этого процесса, агрегированы сложившиеся подходы к регулированию и налогообложению отдельных институтов криптовалютного рынка, а также цифровых валют и их инструментов. Сделан прогноз в отношении дальнейшего развития государственного регулирования рынка криптовалют.
