The article discusses the implementation of services provided to the elderly in Rus sia. This topic becomes more relevant due to the population ageing objective buildup. Theoretical and practical aspects of the social services implementation are studied to solve this problem, and integrated system is formed which enables bodies of state and municipal government to provide essential services of new quality to the elderly population.
