Development and support of small and medium-sized businesses in Volgograd region

This article discusses the problems that arise in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises in Volgograd region. The goal is to study issues arising in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Volgograd region, to study the situation of business entities on the basis of the analysis, to identify the main problems and ways to solve them. The researcher sets the following tasks: to analyze the regulatory framework, to assess the current situation, the effectiveness of public authorities, the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in Volgograd region. The author highlights proposals to improve the existing state support, analyzes the opinion of the population regarding these issues.
