The development of interest in the «Physics» discipline at students of vocational education

This article discusses the problem of developing interest in the discipline «Physics» among students of vocational education. The essence of the key concepts “interest”, “interest in the subject”, “development of interest” is determined. The pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of interest in the disciplines of the general education cycle in general and physics in particular are revealed. The author identifi es the criteria and the corresponding indicators of the development of interest in the disciplines of the general education cycle and gives the results of the pedagogical experiment on the formation / development of interest in physics in the conditions of implementation of the considered pedagogical conditions.
