The article analyses development of environmental responsibility of preschool teachers in the process of analytical and improvement-focused interaction of a director of guidance with teaching staff. The author considers the content of environmental responsibility of preschool teachers, shows the structure of the innovative model of methodological guidance on environmental education. The results of experimental activities demonstrating effectiveness of this model are presented. The article is addressed to environmentalists, directors of guidance working at pre-school educational institutions, students and professors of teachers' training colleges and institutes, theoretical researchers.
