Development of a subprocess of rationing management organization’s operations

The research and formation of process management of operational activities is the most important area of activity of economic systems of the "organization" type. The content of the attributes of the regulated state of the subprocess of operation rationing management in the basic organization was established, which made it possible to identify problems in the existing state of this subprocess of the basic organization. The development of the subprocess of managing the rationing of operations in organizations is carried out on the basis of developing a list of proposals to eliminate the identified problems. At the same time, expert assessments were used to determine the forecast of economic indicators to increase the effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
