Development of the operational management subprocess organization flows

Existing methodological tools provide an opportunity to reform process management in economic systems of the «organization» type. Reforming the sub-process of managing the operational policy of the organization determines the priorities of the study of its current state, identifies contradictions and difficulties in the activities for the selection of development and innovative proposals. Based on these proposals, forecasts of the growth of economic indicators were made to assess the level of improvement in the organization's performance.
