Development of adolescent leadership talent in the system of additional education of children

To date, a specialized cluster of educational directions for the upbringing, training and development of abilities of gifted children is being formed in Russia. The problems of working with gifted children in the modern educational space of the Orenburg region are revealed: the interest of teachers and parents in the development of giftedness in children and insufficient attention to solving the problems of their upbringing and socialization; lack of continuity in working with gifted children at different levels of education. The styles of leadership giftedness are studied: "Leader-citizen", "Leader-manager", "Leader-communicator", "Creative leader". In the context of scientific research, the personal characteristics of adolescents with leadership talents are studied: social competence, social activity, social intelligence, social responsibility, creativity, motivation for success. The components in the structure of adolescent leadership giftedness are given: personal potential (the potential of a gifted leader), socio-psychological (the experience of one's own practical activity) and professional and personal (the necessary qualities of a person in managerial, communicative, creative, civil-patriotic activity) component. The experience of working with leadership talent on the basis of the State Autonomous Institution of Additional Education "Orenburg Regional Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth named after V.P. Polyanichko": functioning of the regional full-time and part-time school "Leader" (hereinafter referred to as the "Leader" school), which is aimed at developing adolescent leadership talent of students in the Orenburg region. The main forms of educational activity of the Leader public school are outlined: classes in remote mode using digital educational technologies, departure in full-time format during the spring and autumn holidays to a country camp for a profile shift (training session). The activities of the Leader public school are organized by teachers of additional education in the following disciplines: "Fundamentals of Management", "Fundamentals of Law", "Psychology of Leadership", "Self-government. Media. Image", "Fundamentals of Social Design", "Ethics of business relations", "Historical and literary local lore", "Symbolism and historical heritage of Russia". The connection of the implementation of the program "Leader" in the context of the development of adolescent leadership giftedness in the system of additional education of children in accordance with the style of leadership giftedness is reviewed: "Leader-citizen", "Leader-manager", "Leader-communicator", "Creative leader".
