The development of cognitive interest of older preschool children in the process of studying the history of the profession

The author describes the problem of early career guidance of preschool children. The project activities with children of senior preschool age during the study of the historical development of a particular profession are viewed. The author studies formation of cognitive interest, respect for the labor person, his/her professional duties through the study of the history of the profession. The formation of an idea about the history of the profession in a pre-school educational organization can take into account the integrative principle in five educational areas in accordance with the Federal state educational standard. The forms of work with children, taking into account their age, capabilities and characteristics are presented. Much attention is paid to the complexity of the work on familiarization with the history of the profession. Most of the historical data on adult labor is not available for independent study by the child, the teacher must help the preschooler to navigate the information flow, form the ability to differentiate and systematize the knowledge of the profession. By simulating various professional situations using information and communication technologies that could not be recreated in a game in kindergarten, we allow preschoolers to learn all the facets of changes in the profession online.
