The study presents an analysis of the development of the system of psychological and pedagogical support for disabled children of preschool age in the Smolensk region in the period from 2013 to 2020. A list of educational organizations providing educational services to children with disabilities of preschool age is provided, their material and technical equipment and the possibilities of organizing an accessible educational environment are analyzed. The author shows statistics on the number of disabled children of preschool age receiving psychological and pedagogical assistance in the Smolensk region. The study presents the dynamics of the development of the system of psychological and pedagogical assistance to disabled children. The data provided by the Administration of the city of Smolensk, the Department of Education and Youth Policy of the Administration of the city of Smolensk, as well as information presented on the official websites of educational organizations of the city is analyzed.
