Development of regional policy in the sphere of ethnic tourism (case study of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

The article studies the current state and prospects for the development of ethnic tourism in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Ethnic tourism is a direction of cultural and historical tourism, which includes the study of language, traditional lifestyle, culture, architectural features, holidays and rituals of different peoples. Ethnic tourism contains a significant potential for economic and cultural development of the republic, promotes intercultural communication, strengthening interethnic trust. The necessity of development of legal, administrative-organizational, marketing components of regional policy in the field of ethno-tourism is substantiated.
