Development of regional industrial complexes on the basis of their modernization

The article deals with methodical approaches to evaluation of development conditions of industrial complexes of Russian regions and the situation of their industrial complexes, technical and technological base. It allows the positioning of regions by development of their industrial complexes and to develop appropriate industrial program.
