Development of strength endurance in young men during extracurricular work in kettlebell lifting classes at school

The article describes the development of strength endurance in young men during kettlebell lifting classes in secondary schools. Classes were held at extracurricular activities. 4 groups were allocated for the experiment: 2 experimental and 2 control groups (Kursk, Orel), in which the boys included 10 people each, whose training programs differed in approaches, in the experimental groups a complex was proposed designed for the development of strength endurance. It included two groups of funds: 1. Means of general physical training - running for a while, squatting with a kettlebell, flexion and extension of the arms lying down, pulling up in the vise, bending with a kettlebell, bench press, lifting weights on the biceps, lunges, exercises on the press; 2. Means of special physical training - halfsquat, throwing weights on the chest, jerky swing with a kettlebell, kettlebell swing, stand with a kettlebell, jumping out with a kettlebell, extension of the trunk (hyperextension), holding two kettlebells standing, push, two kettlebells, jerk kettlebell, push on a long cycle. The developed set of special exercises and proposed in experimental groups has a generally positive effect on overall physical fitness and the level of strength endurance in young men engaged in kettlebell lifting in conditions of additional education.
