Development of educational system in the South federal district and in the Chechen Republic as factor for stabilization of geopolitical environment in the south of Russia

Basic trends in the development of educational systems of regions, comprising the South Federal District of Russia are presented in the article. Special attention is paid at the reconstruction and development of educational system of the Chechen Republic.
