In the context of uncertainty and quickly changing markets, human capital management an ability to use a company's inner potential has a significant impact on financial results and the company's development in general. In the conditions of high competition new ways and methods of enterprise management and human capital management are a key factor of additional resources of the organization, and rational and innovative management allows the organization to adapt flexibly to modern realities. For the successful management of an enterprise, it is necessary to take into account a number of factors, and among other things the “social component of the organization”, a phenomenon that determines employees' attitude to the enterprise and their involvement in production activities, and has a significant effect on financial results. The proposed methodology for assessing the social component of the organization allows us to analyze the factors that require the biggest attention on part of the top management, and to create a foundation for flexible management and successful operation of the enterprise.
