Development of extramural studies in conditions electronic information and education environment

In the conditions of reforming of the higher education active discussion raises a question of refusal of extramural studies. Vocational training in absentia taking into account practical working capacity remains urgent in modern Russia. In former years in-service education assumed many pluses. At the same time shortcomings of training of correspondence students collected: limited possibility of direct communication with teachers; absence in some cases special educational literature; insufficient population computerizations, especially in areas, remote from the regional centers, that interferes with use of remote educational technologies. In modern conditions these issues can be resolved by means of the mixed training.
