Developing educational system of healthy lifestyle in the conditions of a secondary school

A developing system of class and extracurricular work aimed at forming a correcthealthy lifestyle (HLS) of schoolchildren has been developed and theoretically described. Thedeveloping educational and upbringing system of a HLS, when fully implemented in real educationalpractice, is capable of maintaining the necessary and sufficient level of somatic, mental, intellectual,physical and moral health of the modern generation of Russian schoolchildren. This system canfind wide application: for forming stable interests, motives and needs of schoolchildren to lead acorrect healthy lifestyle and eliminate their bad habits; for increasing the physical activity ofschoolchildren and adequate control over the level of their physical fitness.
