Recently such a disease as coronavirus (COVID-19) remains a very urgent problem. This type of virus isn’t yet fully investigated. For example, there are still no exact answers to the following questions: where did the coronavirus come from (is it of natural or artificial origin)? Why do some people carry the disease harder than others? How is it possible to recover faster after suffering from the disease? etc. Despite the fact that there are still many unsolved problems, there are also positive results. Active research is being conducted around the world, which has made it clear that COVID-19 can be infected by absolutely any age group of the population. Recovery takes longer than with flu and colds. The main source of transmission is the airborne pathway. And, of course, it is impossible to ignore the fact that a considerable number of vaccines have already been created in order to prevent infection. The article is devoted to effective methods of rehabilitation after coronavirus disease. They are related to both physical exercises and food. The author gives practical recommendations where everyone could find the best way to recover from such a virus as COVID-19.
