Реабилитация в условиях пандемии COVID-19

Пандемия COVID-19 затронула всю систему здравоохранения - от службы неотложной помощи, отделений интенсивной терапии, терапевтических отделений, амбулаторного лечения до ухода на дому. Пандемия продолжается и становится причиной большого количества пациентов с COVID-19-ассоциированным синдромом последствий интенсивной терапии, страдающих физическими, психическими и когнитивными нарушениями, угрожающими их возвращению к нормальной жизни. Сложность и тяжесть заболевания у пациентов, выздоравливающих после тяжелой формы COVID-19, требуют согласованного и систематического подхода, который должен применяться как можно раньше на этапе выздоровления. Учитывая полиорганную дисфункцию, слабость, легочные, неврологические, нервно-мышечные, когнитивные и психические осложнения, специалисты по реабилитации играют важную роль в процессе выздоровления людей с COVID-19. Осложнения COVID-19 могут быть уменьшены с помощью (1) междисциплинарной реабилитации, которая начинается на ранней стадии и продолжается в течение всего периода пребывания в больнице; (2) обучения пациентов и членов семей самопомощи после выписки из реабилитационного стационара; (3) продолжения реабилитационного лечения в амбулаторных и домашних условиях очно либо с помощью телемедицины.
