The article discusses the concept of dialogue, the types of responsive remarks as its components, and the most frequent sources of formation of implicit senses in the English dialogical discourse. The authors’ addressing to the study of responsive remarks and implicit senses meets modern trends, aimed at studying the discourse behavior of the subject, its harmonious / inharmonious social and informative interaction with other communication parties in a variety of situations of political communication.
