Realia as a problem of translation of tourism discourse texts

The paper focuses on studying widespread problems of translation of realia in tourism discourse texts. Possible methods of translation of realia and their characteristic are considered, definitions of concepts of tourism discourse and realia are given. Based on the obtained data, a glossary of realia of the city of Volgograd and their translation into French in tourism discourse text is created.
