Implementation of state policy on counter-terrorism in the context of educational system

The article deals with the implementation of the state policy on counter-terrorism which becomes possible within the framework of cooperation between state structures and is implementing primarily through the activities of the Ministry of Education and Science. The main objective of this department within the designated policy is to formulate the ideology of counter-terrorism, based on the idea of dialogue between Orthodoxy and Islam.
