Model implementation of vocational guidance for students in tourism and local studies

The article describes the practice of implementing the model of vocational guidance for students in the field of tourism and local studies on the example of the regional state budgetary educational institution of additional education “Krasnoyarsk Regional Center for Tourism and Local Studies”. The institution is a regional center for the development of children's and youth tourism and a resource center of additional education in tourism and local studies. The model is a description of organizational and managerial mechanisms and tools for vocational guidance of students and visualizes the features of working with the modern generation of young people with developed leadership and communication skills. It is an integrative complex of organizational and managerial mechanisms and content blocks for solving the problem of developing the vocational guidance competence of students in the system of additional education of the tourist and local studies orientation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and its municipalities in accordance with the territorial features and strategies of socio-economic and spatial development of the region.
