The article analyzes the didactic aspects of teaching sign language as part of the training of volunteers among university students. The goal is to confirm the effectiveness of the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the successful socialization of students with hearing impairment. As designated organizational and pedagogical conditions, the following are described: development of a course in Russian sign language; conducting communication training. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the successful socialization of students with hearing impairment have been developedand substantiated. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the developed course can be applied in the practice of teaching in educational institutions in the context of inclusive education.
