Implementation of the socio-psychological technologies for the formation of conflict competence of an individual

The paper analyzes domestic and foreign theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of individual conflict competence. In the theoretical analysis the components of the conflict competence of an individual and the features of their formation were determined. It is found that interpersonal conflict has systemic manifestations, and conflict competence has systemic qualities and for its analysis it is appropriate to apply the principles of a systematic approach. The socio-psychological program for the formation and development of the individual conflict competence, consisting of a diagnostic, formative and control modules was proposed. Special attention was focused on personal growth of the participants, analysis of standard non-constructive attitudes, training self-regulation skills of their psychoemotional state. The effectiveness of the developed program was proved by positive changes in the life meanings, indicators of flexibility and awareness of self-regulation, decrease in the level of anxiety and aggression of the respondents.
