University teachers supervised self-training technique realization in the didactic system of postgraduate education

The article deals with theoretical and practical issues of innovation approaches in postgraduate education system. In particular it draws the reader's attention to teachers psychology-pedagogical professional development. It reveals peculiarities of teachers intensive training, discloses the main characteristics of the supervised self-training with problem situations application, describes the use of an analyzed technique in Bashkir State Medical University. The author also dwells upon her own views on the modern didactic system of postgraduate education.
