The implementation of the economy of the speech efforts and the esthetic and emotional development of the speech in the laws’ language

The article deals with the analysis of the implementation of the economy of the speech efforts and the esthetic and emotional development of the speech in the laws’ language as the two opposed tendencies of the linguogenesis. There are considered some etymological issues and the demonstration of the linguoeconomical and linguoesthetic laws at the example of the history of the sound “kh” in the Slavic languages.
