Teachers' verbal aggression as a destructive factor of teacher-students interpersonal interaction

The author presents an original approach to the study of verbal aggression of a teacher as a destructive factor of interpersonal interaction in the "teacher - students" system. It has been found that the teacher's verbal aggression makes a destructive impact on the process of teacher-student interpersonal interaction. The article discusses the purpose and the goal of the author's program of teachers' verbal aggression prevention and correction. Implementation of the program has allowed to reduce the level of aggression and de-adaptation of students and to ensure positive dynamics of interpersonal interaction.
