Speech acts - commissives as the regulatives in the interpersonal non-institutional communication

The article deals with the functioning of two kinds of the commissives - promises and threats in German in the content of the dialogic unities. There are classified these speech acts into prototypical and variable on the basis of the complex of the characteristics. The author presents the typology of the beneficiaries by the criterion of the “vector of beneficiary”. There are described the strategies supporting the positive perlocutionary effect and the reasons of the strategy of the denial that means a negative perlocutionary effect.
