The article presents a rare clinical observation of the adult patient, a 27-year-old male with a clinical diagnosis: pelvic neuroblastoma with an intracanal component, metastases in the right iliac lymph nodes, bones and bone marrow. This clinical observation is interesting because, as an embryonic tumor, neuroblastoma occurs in early childhood. Approximately 40% of cases occur in the first year of life, the number of cases decreases with age. In 90% of cases, neuroblastoma is diagnosed before the age of 6 years, when the formation of sympathetic 68 ganglia is completed. In adults, neuroblastoma is extremely rare, amounting to 0.3 cases per million per year [2].
