The article is devoted to a rare urological phenomenon in the differential diagnosis ofdiseases of the upper urinary tract - a subepithelial hematoma of the renal pelvis, simulating a neoplasm (Anthopol-Goldman lesion). This disease should be taken into account when examining and treating patients with hematuria and filling defects of the upper urinary tract. We have presented a description of a clinical case of a patient with a similar lesion.
