The reform of school education in the work “ Рбр мгаллимин ” (“Teachers companion”) by Ismail Gasprinskiy

The article deals with the analysis of the work “Рәһбәр мөгаллимин” (“Teachers companion”) by Ismail Gasprinskiy. The methodological guidance includes the pedagogic thoughts of I. Gasprinskiy associated with the reformation of the educational system of the Turkic people. It is proved that the enlightener established the basis for the organization of the schooling at the new fundamentals and contributed significantly to the development of the Turkic pedagogic thought.
