The study of the attributes of the state of the subprocesses of managing the operational activities of organizations allowed us to identify contradictions and shortcomings based on ten-point scales. The states of several subprocesses within the framework of the operations management process of four organizations were investigated. The identification of shortcomings in the implementation of individual management subprocesses made it possible to identify proposals to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization's operational activities.
