Regionalization of physical education process in rural schools of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The article presents the results of approbation of the author’s methodology, which was developed taking into account the regional characteristics of the living environment, the level of physical fitness, the level of functional state, personal needs and interests of students at rural secondary schools in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The methodology was based on the national and distinctive sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Analysis of the results of the study of express diagnostics of the health level of schoolchildren according to G.L. Apanasenko, the results of assessing the indicators of physical development and morphofunctional state in the process of a pedagogical experiment, the level of physical fitness of students of 10-11 grades is revealed according to test exercises of the All-Russian Physical Fitness Center of the GTO of the V stage before and after the pedagogical experiment. A study was also carried out on the motivation and optimization of ways to involve children in motor activity through extracurricular activities.
