The article is devoted to the consideration of the model of realization of social and pedagogical function of an educational sphere as an activity and the regional model of social and pedagogical support of education as an object of management. The author states the priorities of social and pedagogical activity, innovative forms of social and pedagogical work in educational institutions and methodical-organizing conditions for their successful realization.
