Myocardium remodeling and lipidi metabolism at patients with arterial hypertension at presence of insulin-resistant and 2 type diabetes

Research included 91 patients with arterial hypertension without manifest cardiovascular diseases. Diabetes of 2 types was for the first time diagnosed for the part of patients. All-clinical trials, determination the level of plasma insulin by the IFA method and calculation the index of insulin- resistance for formula HOMA IR were conducted. It became clear that patients with diabetes 2 types and patients with a normoglycemia and insulin-resistance had higher levels of triglycerides above the indexed mass of myocardium of left ventricle, remodeling the myocardium in comparison with patients without insulin-resistance and surveyed control group was more often diagnosed. It is expedient to determine the level of insulin together with plasma glucose level, to count at patients with arterial hypertension of HOMA-IR for forecasting the risks and correction of treatment.
